Q9: How do you control the quality?
A: The quality control is as below:
1) Incoming Quality Control, As we have our own Cotton yarn production workshop, It is more convenient to control the raw material.
2) Our inspector will check each raw material including quantity and quality before them put into production.
3) In the production process, there are also special inspectors to inspect the length, damage, weight, etc. of the gloves.
4) In the process of product sorting and packaging, our staff will also pay attention to whether there are problematic products, make checks at all levels to ensure the quality of the products we provide.
5) At last, Our quality inspector will check the overall quality of the products before delivery.
