Connecting ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Alumni Association Leaders across the Commonwealth
The ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Alumni Association Leaders Conference is the largest event for ÌÇÐĹÙÍø alumni association leaders. The event will bring togetherÌý²¹±ô³Ü³¾²Ô¾± association leaders (presidents, coordinators and committee members) to network and learn from each other, take part in sessions on policies and best practice, and promote and celebrate success stories. Ìý
The conference is comprised of two sessions: ‘Leadership and Governance’ and ‘Building your Local Network’.
In the Leadership and Governance session, association leaders will:
- Discuss effective leadership characteristics and skills and share best practice
- Review leadership structures and frameworks
- Learn more about developing and implementing effective Constitutions and Charters
- Refresh their understanding and implementation of ÌÇÐĹÙÍø policies
This session will run twice on Tuesday 18 February and Thursday 27 February.
The conference will focus on topics including governance and ÌÇÐĹÙÍø policies, skills development, and ideas for engaging your local alumni community, as well as featuring presentations on recent alumni association activities.  Ìý
