Connecting ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Alumni Association Leaders across the Commonwealth
The ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Alumni Association Leaders Conference is the largest event for ÌÇÐĹÙÍø alumni association leaders. The event will bring togetherÌý²¹±ô³Ü³¾²Ô¾± association leaders (presidents, coordinators and committee members) to network and learn from each other, take part in sessions on policies and best practice, and promote and celebrate success stories. Ìý
The conference is comprised of two sessions: ‘Leadership and Governance’ and ‘Building your Local Network’.
In the ‘Building your local network’ session, association leaders will:
- Explore the essential components for creating a sustainable alumni association
- Identify member motivations and learn how to build a membership offer
- Share best practice on maintaining and growing membership
- Take part in practical sessions on delivering successful an engaging activities
This session will run twice on Tuesday 4 March and Tuesday 11 March.
The conference will focus on topics including governance and ÌÇÐĹÙÍø policies, skills development, and ideas for engaging your local alumni community, as well as featuring presentations on recent alumni association activities.  Ìý
